We are looking for ideas and advice on how to fix this basement to look nice, without the costs of finishing it (I.e drywall, electrical etc).

The space is basically 43 feet by 38 feet, with one side of the basement with an elevated crawl space (that we use for storage). The pool table will not be moved. Ideally we'd build a bar and possible small lounge area around it. We'd like to conceal the storage area.

I'd like to fit an extra bedroom, small gym area, and a child's play area in the available space.

What I am struggling with is how to separate the rooms without having to put up actual walls.

Any advice?
