Amber - What a cool project. I am glad people are taking on and having fun with the 60-70s mods. I agree with your direction on color and I would test lots of them in sunlight, shade and in large patches. It takes some time and money but yields the best results. You have a lot of design latitude when working on a project like this but you don't want get off track. The image attached is a ranch remodel we changed back to a mod.

Wow, great house! Consider Galveston Gray AC-27 by Benjamin Moore for the wood exterior. I think this color will work nicely with the stone. Good advice from DeWitt on the sampling of the paint. Keep us posted after you get samples up. Have fun, great project. Charmean

I suggest you consider a lichen green. It would really complement the stones and the roof. It is also the color of Spanish moss if you are not familiar with lichens which often grow on stones such as those on your home and looks really good in nature. I am attaching a link to Farrow and Ball's lichen paint...please remember the computer is not accurate with colors, so consider a paint fan and a few sample sizes to compare in the light you have at the home. I am also attaching a photo of some lichen on a stone. Would love to see what you do when you are done! Have fun with it!
