My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What should I budget for a similar basement in DC?

My wife and I just bought a house in Burleith at 37th and T. We're looking to get some revenue out of our basement. Any recommendations on what we should budget? It's wholly unfinished, but requires a dig as the floors are 6'4 in the middle.
