hard to tell about your colors
light from window has washed out colors of wall and some furniture
but think it is too small--
your furniture needs to have at least front two legs on rug--so you either need to move couch forward or rug back--
if you move it back then think it is too small for space...

Thanks! Yea, color wise it goes perfectly! We just don't have the money to spend on an 8x10 rug right now! (We have a sectional in the den area with an 8x10 rug!) I was hoping it just looked ok since it's not really under any pieces (except the chaise) and it's centered in the room...... Meh... Lol.

If it's what you can afford, and you like it, by all means, keep it till you can afford to get something else. And then put it under your table. It's a nice rug.

Will you try turning the rug? It does not need to go all the way under the chaise when you do this. Turning it will make it fit under the front feet and extend toward the tv more. Angle the chair a bit more and it will fit ok with the rug then, too....I hope. I love the pillow on the chair, by the way!!! Can you center the tv a bit more with the sectional? Love the piece you have the tv on, too. You are doing a great job!

It should be wider than your sectional to balance the space. I'd return it.
