Was wondering if it's a bad idea to replace our kitchen table with an island with seating for 7/8. Another is we would like to place the island in front of bay window, originally we were going to move it in place of our kitchen/family room wall we are planning on removing but it looks a little off. i have attached another option as well. It would be fine for us, but if we do plan on moving if it would be a problem with prospective buyers. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
