My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Jeannette,

    Thanks for your question! The Graphite Dining Table base is sold together with the top, and the package cannot be broken. However, the top and base are not attached to each other, so you would be able to use a different material for the top if you wish.

    We have a limited number of these remaining, so please let me know if you wish to reserve one.
