we have a 4 large slat walls separating our dining area and I want to accent these walls by hanging items from the slats such as candles, or plants or decor. Any ideas on a piece of hardware that can slide through and use its own weight to counter the hook or holder so that it doesn't affix to the wood or damage it? The slats are see through like levelor blinds so you can see in and out and the hardware would need to be designed in such a way that it doesn't look unsightly from the back.... I know lots of demands for one simple item.
