It doesn't look like there going to answer, which is very annoying !! But to me it looks like a door frame with some sort of pressed metal or it could be a fabric of some sort ? Get your hubbies or your self and make one....Lets be creative.....get an old door or some old jarrah or walnut, or any wood of your choice....and some pressed metal, or fabric of your choice and make it our selfs....there ! All done :-) have a gr8 day :-D

The inside of the headboard is a skin or made to look like skin. Maybe stingray.
