My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The doors were custom made here in Sonoma. The tracks were supplied w the doors so I am not sure of the source. The doors are very heavy!

    The sliding farmhouse doors - genius! Do they close/secure well like traditional sliders, for outside elements?

    There is no issue with moisture due to the overhang on both sides. (Minimal steel frame barely visible in the photo- it was our intent to not draw attention to this feature.) They are not airtight to current standards. Securing them took some effort. The entire solution was custom so it took some work- love them and it was worth it!
