My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There have been quite a few guesses on the color of this house, including:

    Benjamin Moore's Slate Blue is a similar color.
    Maybe Ashland State (#1608) or Englewood Cliffs (#1607)? Both are Benjamin Moore.
    Martha Stewart's Magnetite is a similar color.
    Britannia blue 1623 - Benjamin Moore.
    Valspar's Midnight Fog is a similar color.

    I just sent an email to Ryan at RW Anderson Homes. Hopefully he'll have record of it and reply! Then I'll share it with you.

      This looks like Evening Blue Hardiplank (We just put Iron grey hardiplank on our home - it is darker but does have some blue tones).
