O.k...so I really like your style and if this was going to be a formal living room...this would be great. I want it to be more like a den style room. I was thinking like the Pottery Barn Pearce collection type of style beige comfy couch/sectional or the Turner Roll Leather couches in cracked walnut. (our counter stools in kitchen are cracked walnut from PB). The other problem with the couch in the middle of the room is that you would walk into the room (from the front door) and you would run into the back of the couch. It would cut the room in half and what about all the room behind the couch and in the two corners (opposite wall of tv)? I want it to be a room where the kids will lie around on the couches and people would sit and watch football. It's just hard because the couch situation is going to be werid whatever we decide to do. I was thinking maybe a couch with a chaise on it? Not sure. It's long and narrow room so it limits the choices. I'll send some more pics.
