Probably the least expensive and most functional thing you can do is install a counter top from the existing one all the way to the window. IKEA has butcher block tops for a nominal amount that would integrate with your current design. Adding the additional counter space will not only work for your electronics but you would have more prep area too. Additionally you would have room for at least two stools under that portion. If you want to get really fancy you could add cabinet for trash and/or potato and onion storage.

Installing the countertop is not that difficult and can be done by anyone that can handle a drill a level and a saw.

Oh if you want to hide the electronics - get an old bread box and paint it to match the kitchen. Then drill a hole in the back to feed the power strip for the charger wires and telephone.
