Hi!

The burners may be filled/refilled by simply placing a funnel into the burners' opening and pouring the liquid ethanol fuel into the reservoir until it reaches the "fill" line.

Once the fuel is poured into the burner, simply light with a long lighter or fireplace match. To extinguish the flame, use the enclosed tool to close the lid on the burner.

Any remaining fuel may remain in the burner until the next use. When fuel is left over, it is wise to leave the burner closed to prevent evaporation.

We've attached photos of the burner to better illustrate its operation. We've also attached a square burner that is larger than the one included with this model, but illustrates the opening a bit better.
