My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I custom designed the valance which was fabricated by my workroom. The fabric is Pindler & Pindler - Benisa/Robin P6368 and the contrast band at the bottom is
    Duralee - 190044H-160 Mushroom. The valance is board mounted with inverted pleats in both corners and at the center. Thank you for your inquiry!
