My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What kind of kitchen sink is this? I need a brand or name to be able to tell my builder.

    hard to tell, but looks kinda like a cheeper/Swanstone style Sink. I would suggest getting a quality sink if your doing high end quality Countertops. A great sink option would be a Blanco , White, undermount, 60/40 style. Make sure it's the Blanco brand, box stores sell similar sinks, but much lower quality.
