kitchen cabinets and trim in a Victorian

Hi - at some point I'll remodel the kitchen but before I get to that I'm having the door and window trim painted as well as the kitchen cabinets. Any ideas about the color for the cabinets? Should I match the white to the trims or try something a bit different?
