My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    gregplate, it looks like an oil or matte finished Euro/French White Oak. Similar to this.

    That looks spot on, thank you very much!

    I was planning to go through Lumber Liquidators, I know they have 5" White Oak, but i'm not certain if its "Euro/French" so I will have to follow up with them.
