Need help with mounted TV wall ideas

I've been trying to figure out what type of shelving or decor to put around our flat screen. Unfortunately we don't have another place in our living room to mount it except right next to the entry door. Small house problems...I've been considering floating shelves or something of the sort, but not sure on how to "style" them with the slant from the vaulted ceilings. Any ideas?
