I believe this is a Houzz formatting flaw, but often the answers to questions have been previously answered and are located further down in the comments section. The chairs are Coco Chairs from Design Within Reach.

I called DWR who said they can no longer source these Fratelli Tominaga Italy Coco chairs. The photo is from a 2009 press release on this project. There are some past resales of Coco chairs posted dating back to 2012 and 2010. Perhaps the interested started by this post will encourage DWR to sell the Coco again.
