I too would love to know the tile used on the floor and shower. Beautiful!

was the size of the tile in the shower of any safety concern? It looks like full pieces were continued into the shower pan. I'd love to do something similar but nervous about slipping.

We put down clear adhesive no skid strips. We purchased ours on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/7-5-Non-Slip-Safety-Shower-Treads/dp/B003FO2I1W/ref=pd_bxgy_hpc_img_y

I should add that you cannot see these strips unless you are aware they are there. They work great. We probably replace them every six months or so if they get stained. My wife died her hair pink at one point and the pink dye stained them. But they peal off pretty easily. Without them, the tiles are very slippery.

Thank you so much for sharing this golden information! I've decided on 5 1/4" tiles and now I wont worry.

Thanks, I finished the project and it turned out really great! Check out my photos "chic master bath". I used similar large format tile and then cut it down in the shower.
