My 50 year old house has cedar siding. Unfortunately, a previous owner began the cycle of painting the house. I think it should have been stained. Now I have horribly peeling paint; I continued the painting cycle about 5-7 years ago.
What can I do?
I'd prefer to avoid vinyl siding. I cannot afford cement siding.
Can the paint be removed completely so the cedar can be stained?
Do I just keep up the paint cycle?
