    @Olga's Paintings, do you mean the lavender/blue flowers with the grayish green foliage? If so, that looks like nepeta, aka catmint. Maybe the Walker's Low cultivar (http://bit.ly/2vkF5iq)? It's what I have around the foot of my arbor:
