Check out Brown Jordan Fires. ( http://www.brownjordanfires.com). They make several modern fire bowls similar to the one in the photo. Brown Jordan fires burn Bio Fuel so they are very clean burns and do not require the need to plumb in gas lines. You can also burn them indoors is you have the space.
