My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    We worked with the local SW rep to come up with a color. I can't find that information in my file under finish specifications. Sorry to not be more helpful. Type of wood will affect stain too so always get samples and try with wood species you are using.
