Sizing for panels to use in restaurant.....

We are trying to attach/lock a divider to each wall in restaurant to provide temporary wall/to close off an area. Then to be removed occasionally between two walls that is 109 inches in width. If we buy two 4-panles, they will be approximately 132" in width.
Will these be able to stand in between 109 inches?
