Swings arms are great. But consider the weight of the drapes. If too heavy, the arms won't support them over time.

You don't need to do a swing arm. Here's a few visuals. Each door with a separate shade/blind mounted right above window. Treat the door as one unit with shade mounted above with or without curtain panels. Curtain panels with no shades/blinds. Just a standard curtain rod for width of door mounted near ceiling will work for the curtains.

I like just a great regular rod with drapes hung above the door and close them at night I don't like attaching things to the door if you can avoid it
