Curious about how these hang?

Zulilly just had this same set for $99. I was interested in them for my foyer so I e-mailed them to ask ... Do they hang flush to the wall? How do they hang (hardware)? ... It's just hard to tell from just the one photo. They never returned my e-mail and then the listing was gone as they rotate things out within 3-5 days. Ugh. Help???
