Paint color for powder room

Powder room in a Mediterranean revival 1920 house. Trying to find a paint that goes well with terra cotta tiles on floor. The walls are swirled plaster, so they're very textured. The toilet and stall shower are white tile. The vanity is free standing black wood with white marble top. I want something dramatic

Not sure unless I saw the tiles and knew the color. I will give a stab at it...

Since you are saying you want dramatic & going along with the Mediterranean revival style; go with gold and have an accent wall in the shade of brick red. Those colors go nicely with cobalt blue, green, burgundy and other colors. The last two pictures are the colors I am thinking of. . . .

Find the lightest color found in the tiles and go with that.
