This would be installed in a room with 12' ceilings. I assume the counter balance is functional, so the additional cord would need to be taken into account for raising and lowering. Also wondering about dome uniformity. Most of these style fixtures have issues with the domes not being square to one another and/or out of level/alignment to the hanging fixture itself. If it's not 100% right, it's wrong. If they are marginal, I don't want the headache of returning it.
