My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this a pergola with tightly spaced slats above or is it an actual roof? Thank you.

This was done to mimic the pergola in the left background but is, in reality, a roof with exposed rafters.

This roof approach looks unique but from the pictures of this property I can't tell how it was done. Would you mind if I reached out to you sometime this week and we spoke for 5 minutes? (I live in Walnut Creek) Thank you.
