My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I was wondering if this was made out of fabric or wallpaper? I am hoping that it is a 'unique' wall hanging designed and hung by Sarah St. Amand. Personally, I would love to 'design' my own using metallic markers but not sure what kind of medium to use. Markers can bleed so canvas is out. Paper would tear and not shiny enough. I checked out tiles but too heavy for a hanging. Any ideas would be appreciated!
