My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is a very modest kitchen, approximately 7'w x 11'l. The original plan was designed in the late 60's, a 4-walled room (imagine a full wall where the peninsula is now), entry on the dining room side, with an L- shaped cabinet layout to allow for a small bistro table where the end of the peninsula is now. We relocated the sink, dishwasher and refrigerator, and took down 2 walls.
