My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

20 years ago

I recently posted a picture of this plant as it was 2 years ago. I still have a way to go to finish but this is Sept 2006 and I started it on these rocks in 1983. I did't plan on using it as a bonsai when I started but it has been fun.
