Our condo in Florida has cement planter boxes (the entire wall) as the railing facing the water. We are having trouble with the drainage system leaking onto the balcony below. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what all owners could do with these planters? Right now we have live vegetation in each planter. The sprinkler system has been turned off and all of the plants are beginning to die. Someone suggested filling the planters with a rubber mulch and placing decorative stones on top. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
