How did you get your strawberries to take in them?

I tried the same thing with my Strawberries but when I planted them, I kept burying the crown (blush) and of course they all died (except for 6 little plants that I put in a windowbox that are setting fruit now).

I've got about12 Roma tomato plants in 3 ten hole grow-bags (I didn't really realize I was crowding them as much as I was when I planted the bags up, but I've got tomatoes like crazy so....) and 1 ten hole bag full of Arugula and all are doing great :)

i just planted 2 weeks ago...remains to be seen with the strawberry...so far so good.....i have duct taped the holes from the inside when i dont want to use them all for larger rooted plants....i am doing peppers next

And what about some potatoes ? The leaves are quite pretty. Last year I've grown some in compost bags with good results. But be sure to put them in the bottom, so the other plants will not get to much shade.

wow....thats a lot of plant in a pouch.....i use the plastic cable ties to attach them...i am looking for the ornamental peppers i want for my pouch but have not found them
