My zinnias keep going & going here in Z5, so I imagine you might be able to get a longer season than even we do up here. Try "White Wedding" Zinnia from Burpee. AKA: "Zinnia Magellan White" if you can find it in Target under Sean Conway brand.

I knew someone that had a fall wedding, they had Gerber Daisys that looked really fabulous. An aunt grew them for her. Now, she had a different colour pallet, But what she got where yellow Gerber Daisys for the tables, and some Cat Tails (My mother calls them Bullrushes) and Bearded wheat. The bullrushes and Bearded wheat where dryed, but they looked AMAZING!!

Gerber Daisys come in white. The only thing is, they can be difficult to germinate. But, if in the spring you bought some small young plants, I am sure you could grow them on if the from seed thing does not work out.

The wheat could be grown by you if you wanted to try this, and the bullrushes or cat tails can be collected from roadside ditches in most areas. The thing is, you acually want to get them early, almost as soon as they emerge and turn brown, which is mid spring to early summer. If you wait much longer, they often explode into seed at the least temp fluctuation. But when young, they store forever!

What if you waited to plant bulbs of lilies and/or gladiolus until late June/early July ? Maybe they would bloom right around your time frame if you kept them cool until planting (refrigerated) ? Also dahlias have a very good fall bloom cycle when planted in spring, and their flower forms are beautiful.

I love white annuals. Dorothy Eckford Sweet Peas are white, Polar Bear Zinnias are white, Psyche Cosmos is white, and Cleome comes in white, I forget the variety name, though. I think Scabiosa comes in white, too. Obedient Plant and Balloon Flowers and Echinacea all come in white as well.

Hydrangea should still be blooming at that time.

What could be easier for a naturally blooming fall flower than chrysanthemums? There are some naturally blooming very late varieties, we call season extenders, and they have them in white in all flower forms, i.e. daisy, spoon, decorative. If you are interested, I can give you varietal names of those blooming in that time frame.

I will second the zinnia, cosmos and cleome. All of them really hit their stride for me in early fall. Dahlia also will do the same if you direct sow into the garden in late May. The only perennial I can think of is Boltonia snowbank although, at least here, it reaches its peak in September. Maybe cutting it back in June will delay this and give more flowers.

What about Dahlias, diamond frost euphorbia, white wedding Zinnias, Becky daisies.
