Zucchini not doing well

I have a zucchini plant in my balcony garden in a 24 x 24 inch pot that does not drain (it has a place at the bottom of the pot that holds in water for the plant to use). It was doing really well, until this week. We had a night of downpours and the next day, the soil around the plant had standing water. I tried to get as much water out of the container as I could, but the soil is still soaked. Today, the plant looks very unhealthy and has some white stuff growing on the leaves. Here are some pictures of it...

What can I do to help it? Can it be saved somehow? It is an organic plant in organic soil, so whatever I do, it needs to be organic.

Thanks!
