It depends on the type of cator bean, but I see no reason why it shouldn't. Mine just re-seed themselves each year in zone 5, and the reach at least 8ft.

It won't do much good to sow until the soil temp is >50*. They won't germinate.

It's a variegated brugmansia. It never bloomed for me, so I sent started cuttings to a pal in SoCal so I'd at least know what color the darned blooms are. ;o)

About the variegated brugmansia, it's fine with me if it doesn't bloom. I like the foliage. Is it a fast grower? Do you bring it inside the house during winter?
