spots on annuals

I have my annuals in my green house that is well ventalated. My marigolds and zinneas have spots on them that is a gold looking color with like a purple tint.I have used fungicide and cant seem to get rid of it. If it is a fungis can someone tell me what kind it is. Thank you CINJO
