A few thoughts while I watch, I hope you wanted some...! LOL! Did you find the caterpillars on your kale plants? I'll never get a job catching the 'bad' ones, a lot of holes in my potted plant leaves this year but I've found very few of the darn things. Those peppers are very nice looking! Looks like some kind of pests on the bottom of the green bean plant leaves. I'd ask the veggie folks if I couldn't wipe them off with hands/a little water. I never knew 'chia' was a Salvia, but was compelled to google... fascinating! You might be able to thwart squirrels from digging in pots by sticking plastic forks in the pots, points up out of the dirt just a bit.
