Home Depot is having a spring sale. I don't know if it regional or if all of their stores have the same sale so perhaps you can call before you make a trip.

At the one in my area in South Carolina they have basic annuals in 4.5" pots for three for $1.00. Normally they're $1.00 each. In my area they have: Impatiens, pansies, English daisies, Verbena, Snapdragons, Dianthus and some others. 5.5" perennials are $2.50 each with a small variety available.

I believe the sale ends either Saturday or Sunday.
