Does anyone have a home remedy for mildew on annuals in a green house? If so I would love to have your to receipe. If not I'll run back in town and pick up some fungicide. Have never had mildew before so I'm just wondering if there is a home remedy. Thanks to all

Some people use ordinary baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), but a better product is based on potassium bicarbonate with a good wetting agent. The sodium in sodium bicarbonate can be harmful to plants under certain circumstances, but the potassium in potassium bicarbonate can actually be used by the plants as a nutrient.

The product I use is called GreenCureÂ®. It is completely safe to use as long as you dilute it properly with water. You can get it from several online sources and if you enter your zip code in the blank you can see if there is a store near you. Its proprietary wetting agent works very well. It is effective at preventing a lot of foliage diseases in addition to mildew.
