Pericallis x hybrida aka Florist's Cineraria. A non hardy plant which prefers some shade when set outdoors for the summer.

I tried two in full sun this year to see. They make it with a lot of water, but the shadier ones are much happier. I would trim off the spent flowers and move it....I think it still looks ok, if it gets moved. :)
