i use a gallon milk jug.. let the water stand for days ... to make it room temp.. and flop in the 1/4 ... then at use.. pour it into a mister [dollar store quart spray bottle or aco] or a watering can ...

i dont think it matters ... at 1/4 strength .. the formula differences are going to be nil ...
