There are many reasons why this could happen. Unfortunately, they all have to do with cultural conditions. It will be very difficult for anyone of us to diagnose the exact reason without actually visiting your greenhouse and seeing what your situation is.

Some of the reasons include: improper watering (too much, too often, or even too little), lack of sufficient light, lack of good air circulation, poor nutritional routine, over crowding on the bench or in the flat, spending too much time in flats, temperatures that are too warm, etc.

OK well that link helped a bit, I have the temperature down good but it seems my lack of fertilizer and maybe over watering might be the main problem. The Scarlet Impatiens i'm growing are actually doing great so far but I've left them in shade almost the whole time since moving them outdoors. My pink and white variety are the ones giving me the problems. It's a shame too because in the house under the flourecent lights they looked picture perfect.

Another possiblity too is that this is a reaction to a change in growing conditions. Under fluoros indoors is much different than in a greenhouse or outside. So this may be a reaction to the plants' need to adjust to their new conditions
