Yes,that does describe that variety.....
4 O'clocks get to about 3 feet out here in sunny CA,with about an equal spread.They perennialize here,and I have seen many massive ones......
This new variety may not be as vigorous as the older one.

Here in the upper midwest, my 4 o'clocks are more like 2' with a 2' spread. They don't over-winter, but reseed with a vengeance; so while they don't have time to grow into a massive plant, they're still fairly substantial as annuals go.

I haven't grown Limelight Rose, but the varieties I've grown are all about the same size. This year and last, it's been Broken Colors.

My one and only 4 o'clock seedling reached a not-so-towering height of 5 inches, with a spread of about 2 inches. Not really sure what happened there. I hope you have better luck!

Performed a Google search; one of the first entries was a Canadian company. They stated the height was 2-3', with a flower fragrance of orange/honey. I purchased a packet of Burpee seeds, for this variety(don't remember the packet's stated growth level), at Home Depot this spring. Looking forward to this garden addition, to add to the regular leafed pink and red ones currently grown. Here in the NC mountains, they've so far proved to return from tubers left in the ground and from numerous volunteer seedlings.

Like Omniphasic already mentioned, they perrenialize here. I've seen HUGE mirabilis bushes six feet high and five wide. Ones in full sun usually stay more compact.
