I use Neptune's Harvest on my seedlings - works great!

Word of warning: If you have cats in the neighborhood don't use fish emulsion on plants outside - you don't need to ask how I know this...

Once planted outside, I use Osmocote - want a fertilizer with a blast of K+/Ph to encourage heavy blooming of annuals (I'm lazy and don't want to have to re-fertilize, only have to apply Osmocote once and that's that for the season).
