I live in zone 7, metro Atlanta - would it be too late to direct sow annuals for bloom in late summer? I've gotten a bit behind this season and normally have my gardens planted by now.

I'm mainly interested in morning glory, sunflowers, zinnias, strawflower and a few other annual flowers to throw into a cutting garden.

Any info is much appreciated!
