Should I see Cosmos seedlings yet?

20 years ago

Last summer I had a garden patch of Cosmos 'Sensation'. I know that these plants easily reseed, but so far no signs of seedlings. When should I expect to see them?

Otherwise, I'll need to buy new plant for this year.
