Yes, they will work. Of course, they are rather vining and twisting in the basket; but this is part of their charm. I have seen them in hanging basket arrangements before; usually the Little Sweethearts were used; but I have seen the full-sized version utilised as well.

Any one have any luck with grow them in hanging baskets. I saw some seed in a catalog for them. I'm willing to try if any of you had success. How soon do you start your seeds? Jan, Feb, or March. I'm frost free by May 10 but I buy most of my plants by tax day.
